At the annual meeting of the Wood River Community Centennial Foundation Donna Moyer presented the Community Builders awards for 2018. Donna recognized the Foundation Board members for participating in the operation and management of the Foundation, Judy Wagoner for her role as Executive Secretary, and Donald Miller for his service to the Wood River Cemetery as record keeper for many years. Checks were presented with the recipients designating use of the funds.
