The Wood River Community Centennial Foundation is excited to join with the Wood River Schools (Elementary, Middle and Rural High) in establishing the Wood River Schools Foundation. Since the inception of the Wood River Community Centennial Foundation grants of over $130,100 have been awarded for school programs. By creating the Wood River Schools Foundation, the goal is to create a path to encourage donations to maintain the tradition of “Eagle Excellence” by connecting past, present and future alumni and supporters for a strong, stimulating environment for all of our students.
Donations made to the Wood River Schools Foundation will bridge the gap between student needs and state/local funding by raising money through donations. This will ensure the continued success of academic, athletes, visual/performing arts and other special programs funded. This will be accomplished through classroom and student enrichment and extracurricular programs for all of the students.
